Vegetables - from seed to harvest
The roots of our family business come from a garden farm. Since the 1960's we have been supplying organic vegetables (although at that time I don't think they were still referred to as such...?) to resorts in Jarosławiec, Ustka, Darłówek and Dąbki. When we began to develop tourist operations almost 30 years later, gardening receded into the background. However, we haven't stopped our traditional operations - we continue them on a small scale for our own facilities.
From our crops
In two farms (Bobrowiczki near Sławno and Pieńkowo near Postomina) we grow vegetables in a completely organic way: from seed to seedling to harvest. This is how we deliver delicious lettuces, chives, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, parsley... and much more to our buffet.

In tune with nature
We strongly oppose the use of caged or barn eggs. True, they are the cheapest, but this does not justify the way chickens are treated in the farms. On our tables you will find only class 1 eggs. (free range) or 0 class eggs. (completely organic). The honey on our table comes from two local apiaries run by passionate beekeepers.
We prepare our own jams and preserves - 100% fruit, without artificial enhancers. For some we use natural pectin. There are also jams that are prepared the "old-fashioned" way, for several days - they are alternately fried and aged to make their flavor as full as possible.
In addition to excellent meats and fish, you will always find vegan dishes in our buffet. They are really excellent! We use the highest quality ingredients loved by vegans: from plant-based mayonnaise to cheese to... bacon. We will surprise you with how delicious vegan cuisine can be!
